Accessing Live-Stream Classes
Live-Stream classes are offered via Zoom. Approximately 30 minutes before the class start time, an automatic email notification is sent to your email address on file in MindBody. This email includes a link to join the class, an optional playlist, and a list of any props needed for class. If you don’t receive the email, be sure to check your promotions folder.
Accessing On Demand Classes
Our virtual studio, Y2B tv On Demand offers pre-recorded barre, yoga, HIIT, and other fitness classes. In addition, to specific pre-recorded content, most live-stream classes are recorded and available for replay at Y2B tv On Demand.
You will need to create a separate account to access Y2B tv On Demand. To make it easier to remember, we recommend using the same account information that you use to access our MindBody site.

You may cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the start of a scheduled class to maintain your class on your account. If you cancel less than 30 minutes prior to the class start time, the class will be forfeited. This policy helps to keep you accountable for your workout while also ensuring space is available in class for clients who would like to attend.
*There are no refunds for no shows.*

Arriving at the Studio
When you arrive for class, please stop at the front desk to check-in even if you are a member. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to give yourself enough time to set up your mat, get acclimated, and connect with others.
Pre-registering for Classes
We strongly encourage you to pre-register for your classes. It makes check-in move more smoothly, ensures you a spot in the class, and helps you create a commitment to yourself. If you are pre-registered for a class or event that fills to capacity, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins . If you arrive less than 5 minutes before, we reserve the right to release your spot to a client on the waiting list.
If the class is full after you arrive, we can return your class fee to your account if your spot has been taken by another client. *There are no refunds for no shows.*
Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you reserve a spot in a class and are unable to make it. You may cancel up to 2 hours prior to the start of a scheduled class to maintain your class on your account. If you cancel less than 2 hours prior to the class start time, the class will be forfeited. This policy helps to keep you accountable for your workout while also ensuring space is available in class for clients who would like to attend.
Some classes to fill to capacity ahead of the class start time. It is recommended that you add yourself to the waitlist for any class that is full if you would like to be added should someone cancel their reservation. The class reservation software will automatically add you to the class if a spot opens up more than 2 hours prior to the class start time. If you are added to the class, you must cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to the class start time to maintain your class on your account. The late cancellation policy does apply if you are added from the waitlist and cancel your reservation less than 2 hours prior to the start of class.
If a spot opens in the class less than 2 hours before the class start time, you will not be automatically added to the class. Please contact the studio to inquire about potential space if you are on the waitlist and it is less than 2 hours before the class start time (sometimes space does become available during this time!).
If you are not added from the waitlist, your class will remain on your account for future use.
We understand that sometimes you may run late. There is nothing worse than stressing to relax. In order to maintain a peaceful experience for everyone, we cannot accept students more than 5 minutes after the class begins. Please breathe and know that there is another class on the schedule soon.
We understand that sometimes you need to be available for emergencies. If you must bring a phone into the studio, please make sure that it is silenced and vibration is OFF. If you need to text or receive a call, please step out of the studio space (this includes the time before and after class). Thank you for your understanding.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable exercise clothing. Grippy socks are required for all barre and barre hybrid classes. Yoga may be practiced on the mat in bare feet. You may want to bring a workout towel.
We recommend that students bring a mat to class. We have a limited number of complimentary mats available. Please be sure to clean the mat after you use it with our mat wipes.
Pre-registration is required for all workshops and events. Most workshops and events are taught by visiting and guest teachers who require a set minimum number of participants to run the class. If a workshop/event must be cancelled due to low enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded to you in the original form of payment.
If you must cancel a workshop and do so 24 hours before the event, we will provide a refund in the original form of payment. There are no refunds or credit for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop start time.
Grippy socks are required for all barre and barre hybrid classes (no exceptions). If you do not have them with you, grippy socks are available to rent ($2/per class) or purchase (price varies depending on style) at the studio. If you do not wish to purchase or rent socks, you will not be permitted to take class.
Mats are required for all classes, and we highly encourage you to bring your own if you have one. We do have a limited amount of mats available for loan if you need one.

No dance experience required! Barre is a full-body muscular endurance workout incorporating the use of light weights, playground balls, and resistance bands to challenge and tone the entire body. It’s low impact, safe, and effective.

The offer begins on the day of purchase. It’s recommended that you purchase when you plan to begin attending classes.
Does the membership renew on the 1st of the month?
No, it renews each month on the anniversary of your sign up date. For example, if you signed up May 5, it would renew on the 5th of each month.
What’s the best class to attend if I’m brand new to barre, yoga, or fitness?
All of our classes are for all levels of participants with modifications and opportunities for a challenge available throughout class. Our instructors are skilled at helping you to find a variation that will work best for your body. We highly encourage you to speak with your instructor before class to let them know if you need any assistance. We suggest that beginners start with Y2Barre, Y2Barre + Stretch, or Y2Barre + Flow.
